DFW Gala 2017

Join us for the 2017 Pratham Dallas-Fort Worth Gala.

At the event, we will honor hoteliers and philanthropists ASHOK AND MADHU PATEL. The evening will feature a fashion show by DIVYA AGARWAL and STUDIO D and a performance by renowned South Asian a cappella group PENN MASALA and Indo-western fusion music by DJ MANISH and MUSIC MASTI MAGIC.

ABOUT THE HONOREES
Ashok and Madhu Patel have been married for 42 years. They have raised two adult children, Darshana and Dutt, and have successfully owned and operated several hotels for almost four decades. Ashok credits their success to hard work, honesty and humility. This ideology has led the couple to share their good fortune with others, generously contributing to several charitable organizations in the US, India and Zambia. The Patels were introduced to Pratham in 2004 by friends and have been supporting the organization ever since. They are also actively involved in the DFW community, supporting a local homeless shelter and organizing clothing and toy drives for needy children. Presently, the Ashok and Madhu are assisting people displaced by Hurricane Harvey in Houston.
