Pratham USA welcomes Mahesh Saireddy as distinguished new board member

Houston, TX, March 20, 2024 – Pratham USA is proud to announce the appointment of Mahesh Saireddy to its Board of Directors. Mahesh brings a wealth of experience in global finance and a strong commitment to philanthropy, making him a valuable addition to the organization’s national board.

As the global co-head of the Capital Solutions Group within Global Banking and Markets at Goldman Sachs, Mahesh brings exceptional leadership and strategic expertise. He serves on several key committees, including the Goldman Sachs Management Committee, the Global Banking and markets Private Operating Committee, the Firmwide Asset Liability Committee, and also serves as the Co-Chair of the Firmwide Capital Committee. Previously, Mahesh was Global head of the Mortgage and Structured Products businesses. Prior to that, he was head of US Mortgage and structured products. Mahesh joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2010 and partner in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Mahesh was a senior vice president at Lehman Brothers.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mahesh is deeply committed to philanthropy. Mahesh serves on the board of YouthINC, a venture philanthropy organization dedicated to supporting youth in New York City. He is now a member of the Pratham USA Executive Board of Directors, which focuses on providing education to children in India. Additionally, Mahesh is on the Board of Trustees for Corlears. He holds an MBA in Finance and Computers from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
