Established in 1995 to provide education to children in Mumbai slums, Pratham (which means “first” in Sanskrit) is now one of the largest and most successful non-governmental education organizations in India. Special Assistant to the CEO

Pratham USA is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Special Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support to the Pratham USA (PUSA) CEO, other senior PUSA leaders and the PUSA National Board of Directors. The Special Assistant to the CEO will play a central role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO. A primary partner to the CEO, the Special Assistant will help manage the CEO’s office – including high level presentations, communications, national board engagement, donor relations as well as managing the CEO’s priority task list, calendar as well as other administrative details. Regional Development Associate (LA)

Pratham USA is recruiting a Development Associate to assist in supporting the fundraising efforts of the West Region. This region currently includes chapters in Seattle, San Francisco-Bay Area, Los Angeles and Phoenix . The Development Associate will be based in Los Angeles and will be accountable to the regional development team and will work closely with volunteers and the Pratham USA team. Email Marketing Manager (Pan India)

Pratham USA is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing our Salesforce Account Engagement / Pardot system and continuously optimizing our email marketing and digital fundraising efforts in close partnership with our Digital Marketing & Engagement Lead. Pratham USA is recruiting a Regional Development Manager to assist in designing, implementing and tracking fund development opportunities, specifically for mid-level gifts in the East Region. The East Region consists of chapters in New York Tri-State, Washington DC, Boston and Raleigh.
