Getting Started

Step 2: Seek the advice of your financial or legal advisor.
Step 3: If you include Pratham USA in your plans, please use our legal name and federal tax ID (76-0620808) and legal name and address (Pratham USA, 9703 Richmond Avenue, Suite 102, Houston, TX 77042, USA).

Sample Wording for your Bequest

SAMPLE #1 – PERCENTAGE BEQUEST
“I give, devise and bequeath to Pratham USA, 9703 Richmond Ave # 102, Houston, TX 77042, Tax I.D. 76-0620808 _______% of the rest and residue of my estate.”

SAMPLE #2  – RESIDUARY BEQUEST
“I give, devise and bequeath to Pratham USA, 9703 Richmond Ave # 102, Houston, TX 77042, Tax I.D. 76-0620808, the rest and residue of my estate.”

SAMPLE #3 BEQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC AMOUNT

SAMPLE #4 – CONTINGENT BEQUEST
