Radhika Gupta

Radhika is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the areas of partnerships, events, social impact, and livelihood creation. Through her career she has passionately created sustainable opportunities for women entrepreneurs and social enterprises in local economies, and has co-founded two successful ventures.

Prior to joining Pratham USA, Radhika co-founded Raaha, a social enterprise that creates livelihoods for artisans in India. Her company made a positive impact on the lives of many artisans and organizations by providing them with digital skilling, business tools and resources necessary to thrive.

Radhika’s track record includes deploying sustainable business growth and marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, outreach programs, and fundraising strategies in both the profit and non-profit sectors.

Radhika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Mumbai and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Arts, London.

She is an advocate for gender equality and climate action, and is actively involved with social impact enterprises in the US as a strategic advisor.
