Robin Shah

With 16 years of professional experience within both the corporate and non-profit sectors, Robin Shah has built longstanding partnerships that have made transformational impacts within the organizations. From her roles in HR and Communications, to her over 10 years in philanthropy, she is known for building relationships, developing strategies, and creating holistic opportunities for engagement. In her current role as Director, Individual Philanthropy at Pratham USA, an Indian non-profit focused on making sure all children are in school and learning well, she leads the central region fundraising team to connect donors at all levels with the mission of the organization, create initiatives that compose avenues for giving, and activate board member engagement across four chapters. Her personal mission in life is to impact others in a positive way that moves them to take meaningful action.

Robin has a B.S. degree in Economics and Speech Communication, as well as an M.B.A. focused on HR and Marketing, from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Tx. She has previously held leadership positions with NACRO and presented at key sessions during the organization’s annual conference.
